It is a fact that a small number of girls working in IT are involved in programming or direct application development.

A sign of the lack of girls in IT: I just wrote my name to attend iPhoneDevCamp. I am the only girl in a list of 36 participants so far.I am going there because I have ideas for iPhone applications that I will like to launch.

The iPhoneDevCamp will be at Station C in Montreal, January 23rd 2009 from 4 pm to about 10 pm. It is free as  far as I know.  Click here if you wish to attend.
